- This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics & 3D Faculty role based in Kozhikode. The faculty member will deliver high-quality classroom instruction in motion graphics and 3D design, including planning and conducting lectures, practical sessions, and project-based learning. Responsibilities include developing and updating course materials, demonstrating industry-standard tools and workflows, and guiding learners through assignments and portfolio development. The role involves evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners for industry readiness, and coordinating with the academic team to maintain curriculum standards. The faculty member will also participate in workshops, seminars, and academic events to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.Qualifications Solid proficiency in motion graphics and 3D design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender or equivalent) and the ability to teach practical workflows.




- Solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, compositing, and rendering techniques relevant to media and entertainment projects.
- Experience in classroom teaching, training, or mentoring, with skills in lesson planning, student engagement, and performance evaluation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different skill levels.
- A degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field, and prior industry experience in motion graphics or 3D production is highly beneficial.
- Ability to stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends, and integrate them into curriculum and classroom practice.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and 3D work suitable for academic and industry benchmarks.
