We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic education counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, admission processes, fees, and career opportunities.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand students' requirements and provide suitable admission guidance.

- Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' academic background, preferences, budget, and career goals.
- Provide accurate and updated information about admission processes and college options.
- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Explain course structures, fee details, eligibility criteria, and required documents.
- Maintain proper records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission/counselling team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated with latest admission notifications, counselling schedules,



entrance exams, cut-offs, fees, and education-sector updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students until the admission process is completed.
- Requirements: 12th Pass.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable convincing and counselling abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Candidate should have their own personal laptop to work on.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
