Job Description – Pharmacist | Offline Activation

About the RoleWe are looking for a Pharmacist to join our Offline Activation team. The role involves managing on-ground activations across societies, parks, and other hotspots, conducting basic health and diagnostic checks, consulting customers on their results, and driving conversions from consultation to medicine orders.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute on-ground activations across societies, parks, and other relevant hotspots.
- Conduct basic health tests, including:

- Blood Sugar
- Blood Pressure (BP)
- ECG
- Accurately complete and maintain test-related forms, records, and documentation.
- Explain test results to customers in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Educate customers on branded vs. generic medicine options.
- Convert consultations into medicine orders through a consultative and customer-focused sales approach.
- Ensure proper hygiene, accuracy, and compliance standards are maintained during health testing and customer interactions.




- Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach throughout the activation.
- RequirementsEducation: B.Pharma degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in pharmacy, retail, clinical, or a related field.
- Good understanding of branded vs. generic medicines.
- Hands-on experience with blood sugar, BP, and ECG testing.
- Strong communication and customer consultation skills.
- A sales and conversion-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with documentation, form filling, and maintaining records.
- Willingness to work in an on-ground activation environment.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate combines strong pharmaceutical knowledge with a customer-first and sales-oriented approach. They should be comfortable conducting basic health tests, interacting with customers in person, explaining results, recommending suitable medicine options, and converting consultations into medicine orders.
