We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, dealers, distributors, and other healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer engagement, follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Description

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and explain company products to dealers, distributors, doctors and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert leads into business.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information and solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, payment follow-up, and customer support.




- Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain proper records of calling, leads, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Handle customer queries and grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the company in expanding its customer base and increasing business volume.

Desired Candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Science/Pharma/Life Sciences background will be
- preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and the local language.
- Customer-oriented and confident in handling clients.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
