About the Role

Live Fiesta is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build, manage and grow relationships with event organisers, corporate clients, brands and strategic partners. This is a client-facing commercial role involving business development, account management, partnerships and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with event organisers, corporates, brands and B2B partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable ticketing, distribution and partnership solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
- Lead client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations and closures.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to grow business with current clients.
- Coordinate internally with operations, ticketing, marketing and accounts teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients before, during and after events.
- Track opportunities, proposals,



meetings and follow-ups in an organised manner.
- Manage client coordination during key events and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Represent Live Fiesta professionally at meetings, events and industry interactions.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships or Key Account Management.
- Robust communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with event organisers, business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with pricing, proposals and business terms.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience in events, entertainment, ticketing, media, hospitality or related industries is preferred.
- Willingness to attend client meetings, events and travel when required.
