· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Objective

To manage complete plant operations by ensuring safe, productive and cost-effective production while maintaining quality, machine performance, manpower productivity and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

· Diploma / B.tech / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Production preferred)

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as Factory/Plant/Production Manager.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as Machine Operator in a Battery Recycling Plant.

· Candidates with Lithium Ion Battery Recycling Plant experience will be given first preference.

Technical Knowledge Required

· Rotary Screen operation & maintenance, Vibration Screen operation & maintenance

· Conveyor systems, Crusher & Pulveriser operation, Magnetic Separator

· Dust Collection System, Material Handling System Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

· Production Planning, Quality Control, Safety (PPE & SOP Compliance)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Production Management

· Plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets.

· Monitor complete battery recycling process.





· Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.

· Control material losses and maximize recovery.

Machine Management

· Supervise operation of all plant machinery.

· Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

· Minimize machine breakdowns.

· Coordinate with maintenance teams for quick repairs.

Manpower Management

· Allocate manpower shift-wise.

· Monitor attendance and productivity.

· Train operators and helpers.

· Maintain discipline and workplace safety.

Quality Control

· Ensure quality standards are maintained, Monitor recovered material quality.

· Reduce rejection and wastage.

Safety & Compliance

· Ensure mandatory PPE usage, Conduct daily safety inspections.

· Follow pollution control and environmental guidelines.

· Maintain housekeeping across the plant.

Inventory & Documentation

· Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.

· Maintain production, maintenance and stock records.

· Submit Daily Production Report (DPR), Weekly Report and Monthly MIS.

Required Skills
