Designation : Customer Relationship Executive

Process : 100% Voice | outbound Calling

✅ REQUIREMENTS :

Relevant Experience Letter is Mandatory

Graduation Mandatory

Minimum 6 months & above experience in Outbound Sales

Excellent communication skills

Only Sales background candidates required

? Job Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to customers

? Call existing customers who have visited our website (warm leads)

? Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products

? Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively

? Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

? Build and maintain robust customer relationship

Shift Timings & Week Offs :

Rotational Shifts: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift)

? 5 Days Working

? 2 Rotational Week-Offs
