Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and responsible Picker / Packer to support our apparel warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for picking garments as per orders, checking quantities and sizes, packing products properly, and maintaining warehouse accuracy.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPick garments from the warehouse based on sales/order requirements.
- Check product style, size, colour, quantity and SKU before packing.
- Pack shirts, jeans, trousers and other apparel products safely and correctly.
- Perform barcode scanning and update product movement where required.
- Verify picked items against the order/invoice.
- Label and arrange packed cartons/packages for dispatch.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Arrange products systematically in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Support stock counting and physical inventory activities.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect products to the warehouse supervisor.
- Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Requirements0–2 years of experience in warehouse, picking, packing, logistics or apparel operations.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic ability to read product codes, sizes and quantities.
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanning / warehouse systems will be an advantage.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ವಿವರಣೆನಮ್ಮ ಅಪಾರಲ್ ಗೋದಾಮಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಪಿಕರ್ / ಪ್ಯಾಕರ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಗಾತ್ರ, ಬಣ್ಣ, ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು, ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋದಾಮಿನ ಸ್ಟಾಕ್‌ಗಳ ನಿಖರತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

- ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳುಮಾರಾಟ / ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಗೋದಾಮಿನಿಂದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
- ಪ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನದ ಸ್ಟೈಲ್, ಗಾತ್ರ, ಬಣ್ಣ, ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು SKU ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು.
- ಶರ್ಟ್, ಜೀನ್ಸ್, ಟ್ರೌಸರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಅಪಾರಲ್ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
- ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾರ್‌ಕೋಡ್ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನದ ಚಲನವಲನವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು.
- ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಆರ್ಡರ್ / ಇನ್ವಾಯ್ಸ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು.
- ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಟನ್ / ಪಾರ್ಸೆಲ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಲೇಬಲ್ ಅಂಟಿಸಿ ಡಿಸ್ಪ್ಯಾಚ್‌ಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವುದು.
- ಸರಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಲೋಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
- ಗೋದಾಮಿನ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದು.
- ಗೋದಾಮಿನ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.




- ಸ್ಟಾಕ್ ಕೌಂಟಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫಿಸಿಕಲ್ ಇನ್ವೆಂಟರಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವುದು.
- ಹಾನಿಗೊಳಗಾದ, ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಅಥವಾ ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ Warehouse Supervisor ಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದು.
- ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗೋದಾಮಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದು.
- Supervisor ನೀಡುವ ಇತರೆ ಗೋದಾಮು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.
- ಅರ್ಹತೆ / ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳುWarehouse, Picking, Packing, Logistics ಅಥವಾ Apparel Operations ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ 0–2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅನುಭವ.
- ಫ್ರೆಶರ್ಸ್‌ ಕೂಡ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
- ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಕೋಡ್, ಗಾತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ.
- ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಗೋದಾಮಿನ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು.
- ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಖರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗಮನ ಇರಬೇಕು.
- ತಂಡದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ.
- Barcode Scanning / Warehouse System ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ.
