We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve company sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
- Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery/products.
- Coordinate with the production, service, dispatch, accounts, and management teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and pending enquiries.
- Conduct customer visits and meetings when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up in coordination with the Accounts Department.
- Take responsibility for achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience,



preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in industrial machinery / engineering product sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with an established industrial customer network will be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of the Surat/Gujarat industrial market will be an added advantage.
