Looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Site Engineer to manage on-ground construction of municipal and urban infrastructure projects across Delhi-NCR. You will oversee the daily execution of roads, footpaths, storm/RCC drains, and associated civil infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution: Supervise daily on-ground construction of adaptable/rigid pavements, interlocking paver block footpaths, kerb stones, RCC drains, and utility crossings according to approved drawings.

Layout & Surveying: Set out alignment, levels, and slopes using total station, auto-level, and standard surveying instruments.

Quality & Material Control: Inspect incoming raw materials (aggregates, cement, RMC, reinforcement, bitumen) and ensure execution complies with MoRTH, CPWD, or local civic specifications.

Contractor & Labor Management: Direct sub-contractors, PRW gangs, and machinery operators to meet daily progress targets without delays.

Documentation & Billing: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site measurement sheets (M-Book), material reconciliation, and test records.

Site Safety & Traffic: Ensure adequate barricading, basic safety compliance, and smooth vehicular/pedestrian diversion during execution on active public roads.





Work Schedule & Leave Policy

Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; Sunday execution based on site pouring schedules or municipal traffic permissions).

Leave Structure: Progress-contingent. Planned or casual leaves are fully restricted during critical execution phases, concrete pours, and target deadlines. Leaves can be taken flexibly as long as project milestones are ahead of schedule and site handover/cover ensures work is completely unhampered.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2–6 years of demonstrated experience in road, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in leveling, reading structural/civil drawings, running basic quality control tests (slump, cube casting, compaction), and preparing DPRs.

Mobility: Must possess personal two-wheeler conveyance for frequent site-to-site travel across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon/Faridabad.

Language: Fluent in Hindi (for labor and sub-contractor handling) with functional working English for site records.
