Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle B2B and B2C customers, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls and generate leads.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Take and process customer orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: ₹5,000/month
- Incentive: 6% commission on sales above ₹50,000.
- Conveyance: Provided by the company as applicable.
- RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Hindi/local language and basic English.
- Sales and telecalling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
