Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the elevator and lift industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business, managing key clients, achieving revenue targets, and leading the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, corporates, and other potential clients.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor sales leads, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.
- Track the sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Identify new markets, projects, and business opportunities for elevator and lift installations.
- Coordinate with Production, Installation, Operations, and Accounts teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations and prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business decisions.
- Set sales targets, review team performance, and take corrective actions where required.
- Ensure proper CRM/MIS updating and maintain accurate sales records.




- Participate in important client meetings, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the elevator/lift, industrial equipment, construction, or engineering industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in client handling, negotiation, quotation management, and order closure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
