Job Summary- We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products or properties, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, references, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or properties.
- Explain product/project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings, site visits, and property presentations where applicable.
- Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and transaction processes.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of sales-related formalities.
