FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit Retailers and explain about our product as per their requirement.
- Build good connection with business owners.
- Follow-up for payments to the existing customers.
- Handle order closures.
- Submit regular sales and visit reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- Freshers to 2 Years of Experience can be considered.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Stipend & Employment Terms:

- First 30 Days: Training/assessment period with a ₹5,000 stipend.
- Upon successful completion of the 30-day period, the formal employment offer will be released.
- The regular salary cycle will start from the date of offer/confirmation.
- Petrol/Travel Allowance will be provided as per company policy along with the regular employment terms.
