Job Description:

1. Customer Interaction & Requirement Analysis

* Interact with prospective customers through telephone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

* Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, expectations, budget and other relevant considerations.

* Gather complete and accurate information required for planning and quoting travel arrangements.

* Maintain professional, courteous and customer-oriented communication throughout the sales process.

2. Travel Planning & Customized Itinerary Development

* Develop customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on individual customer requirements.

* Recommend suitable destinations, routes, sightseeing options, accommodation and transportation arrangements.

* Evaluate the practicality and feasibility of proposed travel plans, including duration, routing, travel time and sightseeing schedules.





* Discuss itinerary options with customers and provide skilled advice regarding realistic travel schedules and destination combinations.

* Modify itineraries based on customer feedback while maintaining operational feasibility and commercial viability

3. Destination Research & Travel Product Knowledge

* Research domestic and international destinations to identify suitable travel options for customers.

* Continuously develop knowledge of destinations, attractions, hotels, transportation options, travel seasons and other relevant travel products.

* Research and compare available travel services and suppliers to provide customers with suitable and competitive options.

4. Travel Product Research, Pricing & Coordination

Research, coordinate and obtain suitable options and pricing for:

* Domestic and international air tickets

* Hotel and resort reservations

* Cruises

* Domestic and international ground transportation

* International rail/train tickets

* Airport transfers and transportation

* Airport meet-and-greet and **concierge services**

* Sightseeing tours, attractions and amusement/theme park tickets

* Other destination services and travel-related activities

* Compare available options and pricing from relevant travel suppliers, B2B platforms and other sources.

* Prepare competitive quotations while ensuring appropriate margins and profitability for the company.

* Present available options clearly to customers and assist them in making informed travel decisions.

5. Telecalling & Lead Conversion

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on incoming enquiries and leads.

* Understand customer requirements and present appropriate travel solutions.

* Follow up systematically with prospective customers at different stages of the sales cycle.

* Handle customer questions, concerns and objections professionally.

* Work towards converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings and revenue-generating transactions.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status.
