We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Plant Head to independently handle complete plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning and target achievement
- Quality control, rejection and rework reduction
- Manpower, contractor and supervisor management
- Stores, material planning and dispatch coordination
- Maintenance, safety and housekeeping
- Daily MIS reporting to management
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / BE Mechanical or Production preferred
- 8–15 years manufacturing experience
- Experience in FRP, automotive components, fabrication, plastic or paint shop preferred
- Robust shop floor control and manpower handling
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge required
