Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Outbound Telecaller – Loan Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating loan leads, explaining loan products, handling customer queries, and converting interested customers into successful loan applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers regarding loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Understand customers’ financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application process.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested and existing leads.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.




- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships throughout the loan process.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Valuable customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

ExperienceFreshers can apply. Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, finance, loan sales, or DSA will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
