- Key Responsibilities & RequirementsDrive business development and sales activities by identifying and approaching potential clients, including builders, contractors, consultants, architects, industries, commercial establishments, and corporate organizations.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, client visits, project references, and market development.
- Understand customer and project requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable CCTV, VMS, Video Surveillance, Electronic Security, Access Control, Gate Automation, Home Automation, AI/IoT, IT Infrastructure, ELV, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations to convert opportunities into orders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order closure, and customer relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, builders,



and other project stakeholders.
- Experience in CCTV, VMS, Video Surveillance, Electronic Security, Access Control, Gate Automation, Home Automation, AI/IoT, Enterprise Technology Solutions, Fire & Security Systems, ELV, MEP, Construction, Building Services, IT Infrastructure, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development goals within defined timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, proposals, projects, and business opportunities to ensure effective conversion.
- Demonstrate robust communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and client-handling skills.
- Be self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, project discussions, demonstrations, and site visits as required.
