Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Job Description

Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor & Camera Editing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with experience creating high-quality digital and print creatives for Print and Digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

· Create banners, landing page assets, product images, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.

· Develop branding materials, including logos, packaging, presentations, and promotional content.

· Edit and retouch product images to meet eCommerce standards.

· Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short promotional videos where required.

· Collaborate with the marketing, content, and web development teams to execute campaigns.

· Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

· Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit property walkthroughs, project tours, promotional videos, Reels, YouTube videos, and advertisements.
- Create videos for villas, plots, commercial properties, amenities, and project highlights.
- Edit raw footage, drone footage, photos, voiceovers, music, motion graphics, and animations.
- Create videos for property launches, campaigns, events, offers, testimonials, and lead generation.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio editing, stabilization, and image enhancement.
- Create qualified video content for the company's own brand, projects, and marketing campaigns.
- Company will provide required property information, footage, and other content materials.
- Coordinate with anchors,




- presenters, and Marketing teams for video content and scripts.
- Must be able to manage the complete
- video production process independently, without depending on outsourced videographers.
- Handle shoot
- planning, camera/equipment setup, video recording, coordination, editing,
- and final delivery end-to-end.
- Willingness to visit project sites for video shoots when required.
- Company will provide applicable travel/site-visit
- allowance as per company policy.

Required Skills

· 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.

· Experience designing for social media platforms, websites, and digital and print marketplaces.

· Knowledge of image editing, photo manipulation, and product retouching.

· Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

- Required Skills2+ years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Color Grading, Audio Editing, Video Compression, Storytelling, Social Media Editing, and relevant editing tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, typography, color grading, and sound design.
- Experience creating Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of camera handling, video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
- Creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with marketing/sales teams.

Camera

Camera Editing knowledge for photos is compulsory

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

· A strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and marketing design projects is mandatory.
