Job ObjectiveWe are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate and close high-value residential and commercial interior projects and achieve ₹30–50 lakh+ monthly sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent leads through builders, real-estate brokers, architects, referrals, project visits, networking, and direct client acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand interior requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Present interior packages, designs, quotations, materials, and company services.
- Negotiate with clients and close projects within approved commercial terms.
- Follow up on quotations and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong relationships with builders, brokers, architects, and channel partners.
- Identify newly handed-over and upcoming-possession residential projects for lead generation.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project handover.




- Maintain daily CRM/sales reports and track every lead until closure.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
- Monthly Performance TargetsSales: ₹30–50 Lakh+
- Qualified Leads: 40+
- Client Meetings/Site Visits: 15–20+
- Quotations: 12–15+
- Project Closures: 4–6+
- Maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3× monthly target.
- Required SkillsStrong sales and closing ability

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Basic knowledge of interior design, construction, BOQ, and quotations

Preferred BackgroundExperience in Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Architecture, or Building Materials will be preferred.
