About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented professionals to join our LAP Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets for Loan Against Property products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for LAP products.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, market activities, and other sourcing channels.
- Explain LAP products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, brokers, and other business partners.
- Collect and verify required customer and property-related documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
- Follow up on leads and applications from sourcing to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular market visits and develop a strong local customer network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Track competitors and market trends and provide relevant feedback to the team.




- Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- Candidates with experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred, depending on the location and role requirements.
