- Manage end to end recruitment activates, including sourcing, screening, onboarding .
- coordinate with department heads and branch teams regarding manpower requirments.
- handling employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- manage attendance , leave and resolve employee payroll .
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and records.
- maintain necessary MIS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be graduate.
- minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage
