Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and streamline the day-to-day operations of our 2-wheeler spare-parts business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts, inventory management, retail/distribution operations, team handling, and dealer/retailer coordination.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day business operations, including retail, inventory, warehouse, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, product availability, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure timely processing of customer and dealer orders.
- Manage purchase coordination and supplier relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, mechanics, distributors, and customers.
- Handle OEM and aftermarket 2-wheeler spare-parts products.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, warehouse, accounts, and delivery teams.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and take appropriate action.
- Ensure proper billing, order processing, documentation, and dispatch.
- Lead, supervise,



and motivate the operations team.
- Monitor operational costs and minimize stock losses, wastage, and errors.
- Track sales and operational performance against targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, distribution, or automobile aftermarket.
- Robust knowledge of 2-wheeler spare parts is highly preferred.
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, retail, and distribution management.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Good dealer/retailer network in Lucknow and nearby areas will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations.
- Candidates from the 2-wheeler spare-parts or automobile aftermarket industry will be preferred.

Compensation₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
