Job Title: HVAC Supervisor/ HVAC Technician/BMS Operator

Job Location: Ambattur/ Tharamani - Chennai

Vacancies: 15 Positions

Experience: 1–3+ years relevant experience

Job Roles:

- BMS Operator – 3 positions – ₹25,000
- ACMV Supervisor – 2 position – ₹25,000
- HVAC Technician – 10 positions – ₹20000

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Building equipment operation and maintenance
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Attend technical complaints
- Monitor equipment and site activities
- Maintain daily records and reports
- Coordinate with technicians and site teams
- Follow safety and maintenance procedures
- Supervisors will manage manpower and daily technical activities

Preferred:

- Facility Management / Commercial Building experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Relevant technical experience required
