JOB DESCRIPTION:

DELIVERY BOY as a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a prompt and efficient manner. You will represent our company positively while ensuring that each delivery is handled with care and professionalism. TIMINGS: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM

DELIVERY SECTORS:

IT products, Stationery Items and Office Required items.

Key Responsibilities: · Package Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers’ addresses within the assigned area.

· Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery.

· Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and addressing any customer inquiries or issues.

· Documentation: Collect and verify delivery signatures and handle any necessary paperwork.

· Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is well maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

· Inventory Check:



Check and confirm the accuracy of packages before dispatch and handle any discrepancies.

· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe driving record and protect both the vehicle and packages.

Qualifications:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Experience: Prior experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus.

· Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Skills:

· Robust organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying packages.

· Familiarity with the local area and effective route planning.

Additional Requirements:

· Flexibility: Ability to work varying hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
