Warehouse Associate / Executive Trainer We are looking for a Warehouse Associate / Executive Trainer to provide training on warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, order processing, safety procedures, and workplace practices. The trainer will conduct practical and theoretical sessions, assess learner performance, maintain training records, and prepare candidates for employment in the logistics and warehousing sector.
locations will be according to project requirements ( Badrachalam, Aswaraopet)
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver theoretical and practical training on warehouse operations, logistics, and supply-chain processes.
- Train learners on receiving, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and material handling procedures.
- Provide knowledge of inventory management, stock verification, barcode scanning, documentation, and warehouse systems.
- Demonstrate protected and proper use of material-handling equipment, tools, and warehouse infrastructure.
- Train learners on workplace safety,
housekeeping, 5S practices, PPE, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop learners' workplace communication, teamwork, discipline, and productivity skills.
- Conduct practical activities, demonstrations, assessments, mock warehouse exercises, and competency evaluations.
- Monitor learner performance and provide feedback, remedial support, and guidance to improve job readiness.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, training reports, and other project documentation.
- Support learners in preparing for employment, interviews, and placement opportunities in the logistics and warehousing sector.
- Follow prescribed NSDC/SSC/project curriculum, training standards, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the training center and project team to ensure effective delivery of the training program.
