- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide retail staff to achieve daily sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor store operations, merchandising, and product availability.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members for better performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with store management for promotions and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness,
visual merchandising, and operational standards.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, supermarkets, FMCG, or grocery stores.
- Prior experience in team handling and shift management.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail reporting.
