​Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and supervise all outgoing external communication on behalf of the agency/organization.
- ​Review, verify, and approve content before dissemination across press, print, electronic, and digital platforms.
- ​Coordinate with internal departments, external authorities, and civic stakeholders for content generation and campaign rollout.
- ​Manage and update core messaging across official portals and verified communication channels.
- ​Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-ground and multimedia IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) campaigns and citizen outreach activations.
- ​Oversee end-to-end Branding & IEC production and execution, including print collaterals, display setups, transit media branding, and event-level promotional materials.
