A Picker/Packer is responsible for picking products from storage locations, checking them for accuracy and quality, packing orders safely, and preparing them for dispatch.
Key responsibilities:
- Pick products according to customer/order requirements.
- Check product quantity, quality, and item codes.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label and organize packages for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages or damaged items.
- Keep the warehouse/work area clean and organized.
- Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
