Reporting Hierarchy: Reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) if present in the branch; otherwise, reports directly to the Branch Manager (BM)

Employment Type: Intern → Employee

. The role begins with a mandatory 3-month internship period on a stipend basis

. PF and ESIC are not registered during internship

. Conversion to full time status occurs after a 3-month performance review by the line manager

.
