Position: Inside Sales Executive

Company: Novatech Systems, Pune

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; positive freshers can also be considered

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Engineering preferred

Industry preference: Electrical, industrial automation, motors, gearboxes, pumps, engineering products or similar B2B products

Key responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for ABB Motors, geared motors and gearboxes
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate technically with the sales team
- Prepare quotations and technical/commercial offers
- Follow up systematically on enquiries and quotations
- Generate leads through telephone, email, WhatsApp and online research
- Reactivate dormant customers and develop repeat business




- Coordinate with ABB/other principals for prices, delivery and technical information
- Coordinate with customers, sales engineers, purchase, dispatch and accounts
- Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records
- Update CRM / Excel regularly
- Follow up for PO, advance payment and order execution
- Support field sales executives in converting opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline and pending-enquiry reports

Candidate qualities

- Excellent telephone and email communication
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable speaking with purchase, maintenance and engineering departments
- Good MS Excel and email skills
- Ability to understand basic technical specifications
- Positive and persistent sales attitude
- Good Marathi/Hindi/English communication
- Should be comfortable with targets and measurable KPIs
