We are hiring an energetic Telesales Executive to join our insurance & financial sales team. In this role, you will connect with verified prospective leads, explain life, health, or general insurance policies, handle customer queries, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call warm/hot leads provided by the company (no cold door-to-door sales).
- Explain features, benefits, and coverage of various insurance policies (Life / Health / Motor / Term).
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Address customer objections, clarify premium details, and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily call logs, update lead status in the CRM/dialer, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
