Job Overview

Policy Tree is looking for Insurance Sales Executives with 1–3 years of experience in the insurance sales industry, particularly in Health, Motor and General Insurance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling insurance policies, handling customer requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell Health, Motor and General Insurance products to prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

- Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups and other sales channels.

- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Explain policy features, coverage, exclusions, premiums and benefits clearly to customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation,



policy issuance and customer support.

- Stay updated with insurance products, policies and market developments.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in insurance sales.

- Candidates from a similar insurance sales background will be preferred.

- Experience in Health Insurance, Motor Insurance and General Insurance is required/preferred.

- Strong sales and convincing skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.

- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and working in a target-driven workplace.

- Candidates with experience in insurance brokers, aggregators, agencies or similar insurance sales companies will be preferred.
