About the Role





House of Swamiraj is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive – Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Freshers with a relevant accounting/commerce background are also welcome to apply. Candidates with prior real estate accounting experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries. Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, expenses, and financial transactions. Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records. Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables when required. Assist in preparing MIS reports and basic financial statements.
