What you'll do
Make outbound calls to patients - explain Claim It and help them start their claim journey on the spot Follow up on warm leads and log everything in the CRM What you need
0-2 years in telesales/telecalling (healthcare or insurance is a plus) Fluent English + Kannada and/or Malayalam Stable internet, quiet workspace, Excel/Sheets basics Why join
