Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the RDC as both a business unit and operational site, partnering closely with Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Finance, and other support functions.
- Collaborate with Business Management teams across markets and the Global RDC Programme to successfully transition work into the RDC while ensuring continuity of service delivery.
- Build, scale, and manage teams providing centralized services to global clients, including transitioning, onboarding, and continuously improving service delivery.
- Provide robust leadership, integration, coaching, and people management across all RDC teams and service lines.
- Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of RDC operating models, transition methodologies, and service delivery frameworks.
