Ample Solar Private Limited is looking for a energetic and result oriented Sales Engineer-Solar Project, to support the business objective for the Greater Noida locations.The role involves lead generation, driving sales for residential through site visits, technical commercial coordination, dealer development, and support in solar project execution solution based selling, and work with close coordination with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for solar EPC residential projects.
- Identify, generate, and convert leads from residential, factories, institutions, and commercial
- establishments.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand energy requirements and propose customized solar solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and design teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Coordinate with project execution, procurement,
and operations teams to ensure smooth project
- handover and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in the field of Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.
- Candidate must possess a relevant experience in the field of renewable sector especially in the solar sector.
- 1.5 to 2+ years of experience in Solar EPC/Rooftop Solar/Renewable Energy Sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be considered as the primary criteria in selecting candidate.
- Self driven, target oriented, and capable of managing sales activities independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments as per the requirement of the company growth.
