Key Responsibilities

1. Tele-Counseling & Lead Management

Make outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally

Conduct tele-counseling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads

Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems

Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments)

Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets

2. Admission Counseling

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, admission procedures, fee

structures, scholarships, and significant deadlines

Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses

Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects

Guide applicants throughout the admission process until successful enrollment

Apply effective counselling and persuasion techniques to convert leads into admissions
