Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and day-to-day management of organic social media and digital advertising initiatives. This role is responsible for writing, scheduling, and maintaining organic social content;
providing monthly organic social media reporting;
organizing digital advertising assets;
and managing user-generated content (UGC). The position works closely with the Digital Content Specialist and broader marketing team to ensure content is accurate, timely, engaging, and aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives.

Organic Social Media Management
- Write captions for, and schedule organic social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.




- Maintain social media content calendars and ensure posts are scheduled and published according to established timelines.
- Adapt messaging and captions for different social platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Ensure all organic social content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives and overall marketing strategy.
- Review scheduled content prior to publishing to ensure accuracy of copy, links, creative assets, tagging, and formatting.
- Monitor social content calendars and coordinate with internal team members to ensure content is received and scheduled on time.
- Provide monthly reporting on organic social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Identify notable content performance and engagement trends to help inform future organic social content.

Digital Advertising Asset Management
- Pull and organize creative assets required for Google quarterly.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of
