- Ability to independently analyze, optimize, and manage paid campaigns

- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel

- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms/UI

- Ability to understand different business niches and identify the right target audience

- Comfortable analyzing key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
/n
- Valuable creative judgment for ad copies, visuals, hooks, and campaign angles

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
/n
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns.
/n
- Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns.
/n
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
/n
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
/n
- Manage campaign budgets and make regular bid and budget adjustments.
/n
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
/n
- Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords and creatives.
/n
- Monitor search terms and ensure irrelevant traffic is controlled through negative keywords.
/n
- Set up and check conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
