We are looking for a PPC qualified to lead the entire function for a Leading Group in Auto Sector. He should be primarily from Bus, Truck or Commercial Vehicle manufacturing/OEM environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Production Planning & Control, MPS, MRP, capacity planning, material planning and production scheduling.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Production Planning & Control for commercial vehicle manufacturing.
/n
- Develop and execute Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand and capacity.
/n
- Drive production scheduling, line loading and capacity planning.
/n
- Ensure timely material availability in coordination with SCM, Purchase and Stores.
/n
- Manage MRP, BOM, WIP and Finished Goods planning.
/n
- Monitor plan vs. actual production and identify gaps.
/n
- Drive corrective actions to improve plan adherence and production efficiency.
/n
- Coordinate with Production, SCM, Purchase, Quality,
Engineering and suppliers.
/n
- Develop and monitor PPC KPIs, planning accuracy and inventory levels.
/n
- Support new model introduction, new line planning and capacity expansion.
/n
- Drive optimization of inventory, production flow and resource utilization.
/n
- Strengthen SAP/ERP-based planning and control systems.
/n
- Prepare and review PPC MIS, dashboards and management reports.
/n
- Preferred candidate profile- BE/ B. Tech in engineering with working experience of 16 + years in Automotive OEMs with strong experience in PPC / Production Planning & Control.

- Mandatory experience in Bus / Truck / Commercial Vehicle / Vehicle OEM manufacturing.
/n
- Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, capacity planning, material planning and production scheduling.
/n
- Experience in complete vehicle manufacturing will be highly preferred.
