We are looking for an experienced and versatile Engineering Manager / Product Manager to bridge the gap between product strategy, engineering execution, and business objectives. This role is suited for a technology skilled who can combine strong product thinking with engineering leadership to drive products from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with leadership, engineering, design, and business teams to define product priorities, translate requirements into actionable technical plans, and ensure high-quality delivery. The role requires strong ownership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance customer needs with engineering feasibility and business priorities.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive product initiatives from ideation and discovery through development, launch,



and continuous improvement.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and delivery objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and engineering capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Lead planning, prioritisation, sprint execution, release planning, and delivery tracking.
- Manage engineering priorities while balancing product impact, technical feasibility, resources, timelines, and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, operations, sales, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Understand technical architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and system dependencies sufficiently to make informed product decisions.
