As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Development & Pitch Support to join our Financial Services team in Gurugram.

About the role

This is a business development, research and pitch support role, aligned primarily to our Financial Services M&A; team and working closely with colleagues across Financial Services Debt Advisory and Loan Portfolio Due Diligence.

You will work closely with Partners, Directors and Managers across the UK, supporting them in identifying opportunities, developing market insights and preparing high-quality materials to help win new business.

The role is not a deal execution role. Instead,



you will sit close to the front end of transactions and gain exposure to how opportunities are identified, researched and ultimately converted into client engagements.

Requirements

What you will do

Pitch & Business Development
- Develop high-quality, client-facing pitch decks, credentials presentations, proposals and other business development materials.
- Translate a Partner or Director's brief into transparent, compelling and commercially relevant presentation material.
- Support the preparation of proposals and RFP responses.
- Maintain and develop the team's credentials and case study library.
- Ensure high standards of presentation, formatting, accuracy and brand compliance.

Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct company, sector and market research across financial services.
- Develop sector maps, target lists, buyer/investor universes and market intelligence.
- Research company ownership, shareholders, funding history, transaction
