Job Overview

The Manager - Pre-Sales Strategy is responsible for developing and executing pre-sales strategies to support business growth and enhance sales effectiveness across respective business verticals. This role involves working closely with Business Leads to curate the overall pre-sales strategy, develop client-facing solutions, and enable sales teams with effective positioning, messaging, and proposal support.

The role requires solid business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills,



and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful customer engagements and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Business Leads to define pre-sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop pre-sales frameworks, solution positioning, value propositions, and engagement models.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Business, and Marketing teams to understand client needs and develop solutions.
Create proposals, presentations, solution briefs, capability documents, and other client-facing materials.
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and strengthen strategies.
Track pre-sales performance and continuously improve processes, customer engagement, conversion effectiveness, and business outcomes.
