Senior Production Executive (Fragrance & Aroma Chemicals)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise chemical batch processing, raw material dispensing, and precision aroma blending/compounding as per formulations.

- Operate and monitor plant machinery, including reactors, distillation units, high-shear mixers, and filtration systems.

- Manage shop-floor operators and contract labor across shifts to meet daily production targets.

- Maintain complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and equipment logs under GMP and SOP norms.

- Coordinate with QC for sample clearance and Warehouse for raw material staging.

- Ensure strict plant safety, solvent handling compliance, and spill control protocols.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

- Experience: 1 to 7 years in chemical, fragrance, flavor, or essential oil manufacturing plants.

- Skills: Batch compounding, BMR/GMP documentation, manpower handling, shift planning, and chemical safety.
