Job Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for security, visitor management, record keeping, and basic site-office support.

- Security & Gate Management Monitor and control the entry and exit of all visitors, residents, workers, vendors, and other individuals.

Key Requirement: The candidate is expected to remain stationed at the site office during working hours (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) and maintain proper records of every vehicle and individual entering or leaving the society.

• Manage entry & exit of visitors and vehicles

• Maintain daily vehicle & visitor registers

• Monitor site security

• Prepare tea/coffee for guests when required
