We are looking for a smart, energetic and guest-friendly Order Taker / Captain to handle table service and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and take food & beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items, offers and recommendations confidently.
- Upsell dishes, beverages and add-ons to increase table sales.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Service teams for timely orders.
- Monitor tables and ensure prompt, attentive service.
- Handle basic guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain table presentation, service standards and cleanliness.
- Support smooth floor operations during busy hours.
- Candidate ProfileGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service preferred.
- Presentable, confident and energetic personality.
