Accountabilities

§ Coordination and follow-up with vendors on New and Existing branches' civil works.

§ Coordination and follow-up with vendor on recent Installation and maintenance of water, Sewage, Electrical, Civil, and piping systems.

§ Maintaining breakdown systems.

§ Coordination with KIADB, BBMP, and Panchayath for new registration or Licenses for construction or renewal of work.

§ Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.

§ Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.

§ Maintaining of project database.

§ Computer Skill.

§ Process of all bills.

Key Performance Indicators

§ Follow-up and Ensure works are under process as per the schedule.

§ Check the drawing, Vastu, and ensure the works are completed accordingly.

§ Quality assurance.

§ Project maintenance.

1. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications &Relevant; Experience

§ Diploma in Civil Engineer / BE with relevant experience

§ Experience: 4 to 5 Years.

Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
