Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Garment Store & E-commerce Manager to manage our physical garment store as well as online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the garment store.
- Handle sales, customer service and ensure a good customer experience.
- Manage and monitor store staff, attendance and daily tasks.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels and ensure proper stock records.
- Manage online orders, order processing, dispatch, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain product listings, pricing and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor daily store and online sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products and take necessary action.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales,



stock and operational reports.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth coordination between offline store and e-commerce operations.
- Take ownership of day-to-day business operations and solve operational issues independently.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Retail, Garment, Fashion or E-commerce operations preferred.
- Experience in apparel/garment sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of inventory and sales management.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
- Responsible, organised and target-oriented.
