Key Responsibilities

Inward / Outward Material Challan

Prepare and verify all Inward/Outward Material Challans.

Ensure material movement is properly recorded and authorized.

Machining Planning

Plan machining activities for the machine shop and CNC machines.

Allocate jobs according to machine availability, manpower, priority, and production requirements.

Production Order Control

Do not move or process any material without a valid Production Order.

CNC Material & Quality Control

Ready CNC material must not be moved without the required receipt/documentation.

After completion, material must be properly transferred to QC for inspection.

Worker Safety & Machine Cleanliness

Ensure workers follow all required safety practices and use appropriate PPE.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure machines are cleaned regularly.

Cycle Time Sheet Updating





Maintain and regularly update cycle time sheets for all applicable machining operations.

Record actual machining times and identify deviations from standard cycle times.

Management Bin

Ensure all bins are properly labeled, arranged, and kept at their designated locations.

Avoid unnecessary movement or misplacement of material and components.

Material Movement Control

No material should be moved without proper paperwork and authorization.

Maintain traceability of material movement throughout the production process.

Target vs. Actual Work Study

Monitor daily production targets against actual output.

Analyze gaps between target and actual performance and identify reasons for delays or underachievement.

Take corrective actions to improve productivity and machine utilization.
